Forever Standing
The mystery of tumbled down buildings has held a fascination for me ever since moving to Scotland. You can feel the history, imagine the stories and for me I can see the building before it was left to nature to reclaim and embrace making new homes for wildlife from both the plant and animal kingdoms.
These paintings enable me to share my passion and vision of the full structure rendered in outline and ‘glow in the dark’ paint to bring through the secrets and intrigues these structures hold.
Multi Media including Acrylic, Charocal and glow in the dark paint on paper - 11 x 14 inches
Mounted on complimentary Ivory with backboard and shipped in a protective clear envelope along with protective outer packaging. All you need to do is pick out your favourite frame.
Two sources of paper from Aberdeen’s last surviving paper mill or recycled from exploration stages thus creating history within the painting.
Please note - colours may vary slightly from those seen on your screen due to different monitor settings and metallics do not photograph well but are present.
