About

I paint to feel alive.

My work explores the softer edges of wilderness — the unseen, half-felt spaces where imagination slips through and sensation returns. These paintings are not about escaping life. They are about inhabiting it.

Wildness, for me, isn’t only found in landscape. It’s a feeling — something instinctive, untamed and quietly electric. It can live in colour, in gesture, in a face, in negative space. It’s the energy that appears when expectation falls away.

I create for people who feel settled but slightly restless. People who sense there is more aliveness available to them. People who want to reconnect with something they haven’t touched in a while.

Each piece is an original work, created with freedom, attention and trust in the process.

This is an invitation.

Based in rural Scotland, I’ve been developing my practice for over five years, working fluidly across water-based and mixed materials, guided by instinct and sensation.
